Hi, I have a quick question that somebody might be able to give me advice on: Is it possible to go out to tender even though you might be still awaiting approval for the funding for the project. My own thoughts on it would be yes, as long as it was clearly stated at the outset on the RFT and notice that funding has yet to be approved. Many Thanks
